Mihaela was born in Galaţi, Romania, May 7, 1977 and she came to know the Lord when she was 14 years old. Mihaela's childhood was not without suffering, something that helped her become sensitive to the pain of those around her. God has given Mihaela a servant's heart and an incredible capacity to give unconditionally. Mihaela knows how to cry with those she sees suffering and to rejoice with others as well.

Mihaela joined the Word Made Flesh Romania family in November 2001 as a volunteer and in July 2003 became a full-time staff member. She works long hours completing all the bookkeeping for Cuvântul Întrupat (WMF Romania) and is also studying to become a certified accountant so that she can continue to serve in this capacity. Although she spends many hours in the office, Mihaela's heart is close to the children, and she takes every opportunity to join them in activities.
